I’ve had to seek out a physio a few times for some not-so-fun ailments (sciatica, bulging disk) and the best physios have been the ones who really take the time to listen and understand my pain. I know what it’s like to be frustrated and in pain, and so I love being able to support people to get the help they need, and get back to doing the things they love!
