ALL YOU. ALL  KNEES.

No kneed
to fear.

Failing to reduce pain is the biggest mistake you can make when trying to improve dodgy knees.

Book an appointment with one of our top physios so you can get the very best out of your dance.

If you have a knee that is not-to-be-trusted, you’ve probably tried doing some painful exercises that are well intentioned but made it worse. Lots of people make the costly error of doing the wrong exercises for the right reasons, and ending up in more pain or simply not making any improvement. Without pain reduction and strength to make long-term change, you’ll end up like most dodgy knees – sore, sorry and with a lighter wallet.

That’s why we invented the Brightside method that shows you how to minimise pain so you don’t end up with a boxed in, restricted and squashed life.

Here’s the truth – I was destined to be a world-famous rock star, Australian cricket team captain and centre-forward for Manchester United. My career was limited by my knee injuries*. That’s why I KNOW knees.

(*and quite possibly a lack of skill on all fronts)

Without pain reduction and strength to make long-term change, you’ll end up like most dodgy knees – sore, sorry and with a lighter wallet.

We’ve got the very best and latest techniques to reduce your pain and improve your strength – here is some easy tips to start feeling better:

  1. No pain No gain is often wrong. Especially when talking about a knee that’s a bit worn out or a painful bit of cartilage or a sprained ligament. Pain stops your muscles working well, so don’t push into lots of pain!
  2. Get your pain reduced. Physios can use tape, hands-on therapy and exercise to reduce your pain so that you can get STRONG.
  3. Make sure your physio looks at the whole picture. Often an issue with an ankle/foot or a stiff/sore hip can lead to more knee pain. Its important to understand the WHY of your pain and that means holistic treatment
  4. See a good physio. Stat.
